For the first time prosthesis systems were documented with their failure probabilities. In cement-free hip replacement, the <a href=\"\/products\/hip shafts\/a2 short shaft\/\">A2\u00ae short shaft<\/a> in combination with the <a href=\"https:\/\/artiqo.de\/en\/products\/hip-cups\/\">ANA.NOVA\u00ae cup systems<\/a> achieve a top position. Also in the individual evaluation, the <a href=\"\/products\/huefts\/a2-short shank\/\">A2\u00ae short shank<\/a> has the lowest probability of failure. Das EPRD will als unabh\u00e4ngiges nationales Register die Qualit\u00e4t der H\u00fcft- und Knieversorgungen verbessern. Das \u00adRegister z\u00e4hlt bezogen auf die Fallzahlen \u2013 trotz des relativ kurzen Bestehens \u2013 schon jetzt zu den weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dften Registern. \u00adErstmals wurden in dem Bericht auch die \u00adklinischen \u00adErgebnisse von verschiedenen \u00adImplantat Systemen innerhalb der ersten ein bis drei Jahre betrachtet. Dabei wurden f\u00fcr die unterschiedlichsten Systeme und Kombinationen prozentuale Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeiten dokumentiert und \u00adalphabetisch dargestellt.
