In this ARTIQO newsletter, we celebrate a significant milestone with you: Our A2® short stem system has been implanted 50,000 times since its initial implantation in 2016. It is gratifying to see how this innovative system is proving successful in practice and benefiting more and more patients. We are particularly proud of the consistently strong registry data and the trust of our users. Many thanks to everyone who has joined us on this journey.

50,000 A2® Short Stem Implantations
A Milestone on the Way to a Standard Stem
Since its initial implantation in January 2016, the A2® Short Stem has been implanted a total of 50,000 times. The short stem system was developed from the outset as an alternative to conventional standard stems. We spoke with Ulrich Bücken, Managing Director of ARTIQO GmbH, about the joy it brings when a development plan succeeds, receives customer acceptance, and is confirmed in the registry data. He also revealed which areas of arthroplasty he would like to see more caution in.
